The staff were great, welcoming and answered questions without hesitation. I'm a fan of the pancake maker at breakfast and options for toastable items for peanut butter, butter, cream cheese, etc.

I wish breakfast had more traditional options rather than primarily healthy options. I have a picky eater and she was unwilling to have the turkey bacon/sausage and didn't want egg whites.

my room was smelly really bad , tv wasn’t working , fridge wasn’t working and messed up my food, elevator damage only one working and took a very long time waiting for so many people. cleaning ladies didn’t even wait the door for me very rude

Truly Great.

Good sized room , very close to Rutgers University campus. Vert comfy beds and clean rooms.

Pool area needs upgrading and the breakfast options were basic.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I loved the extra large jet tub! The breakfast was ample, and I use your amenities; the office, the pool, and the gym. All were to my satisfaction. We had to add a day to our stay and both booking.com and the hotel we’re accommodating I’m only sorry that our room was not serviced during our stay. I did request towels and toilet paper from the front desk, which they supplied me, but I could not reach the front desk from the phone in my room. It constantly rang busy.

Just that our room was not serviced during the long weekend that we stayed.

liked the indoor pool, Breakfast was best we’ve had on our 3 week road trip. room was big and comfy

staff was rude, lady doing the breakfast on the weekends was yelling at everyone, closed the breakfast 8 minutes early by yelling BREAKFAST IS NOW OVER, tried to book a room for an extra day but was told they were TOTALLY BOOKED, Got on booking.com no shortage of rooms, their loss I booked an extra Day with DoubleTree by Hilton in Philadelphia. housekeeping was very rude and obnoxiously loud. will stay away from this hotel in the future

It was a good value for the price and my son loved that it had an indoor pool.

the room was a bit small and it wasn’t close to any restaurants without getting onto a highway.

the Property is in as is condition. if one of the service works, great otherwise deal with it, hotel staff cannot do anything. Not at all concerned with guest satisfaction.

TV and remote didn’t work. no help

They charged us extra the shower was not working it was cold water coming continuesally we asked them how come we can go without shower we have flight still they didn't listen to us they charged us $70 for no reason they had us wait 1 hour on top that it was their fault they charged us $70 it was so cold out there temperature was going negative how can we take shower in cold water.

Give customers extra time.

I like the location and the breakfast.

The king bed room is old and noisy, it makes a loud noise when changing your position or moving in the bed. The HVAC system in the room is old and it makes a very loud noise whenever the heater comes on and the loud noise keeps on waking me up in the middle of the night.

everything was good for me and my family 😃
