Absolutely nothing

That the room was absolutely disgusting

Clean, comfortable like a house.

my mom went to the hospital and we couldnt come and they didn’t care and charged us anyway , i thought it was heartless and poor customer service to be honest

the customer service was sub par at best and i quite honestly will not stay here in the future and i will let all my people know what happened to me

The room was good; facilities was convenient to the airport; coffee was available

Bathroom could be a little cleaner , but overall was not bad.

the girl on the desk was kinda rude. it sucks that i can get a room before 12 or at least at 12pm I needed to sleep before a meeting later that day. I can't believe you cant have one room available. so disappointed. had to wait n sleep in my car because no room available till 3. never again staying here. :(

Location was fine and priced reasonable

The rooms smelled of curry and cooked foods from residents in and around ours. Some guests doors were cracked and being held open by the security lock to 'air out" their rooms.

One word: dirty. Stains on mattress, we even found a CLAM SHELL under one bed and bottles lids under the other one. They didn't change the bed sheets at all (even when we asked them for the 'housekeeping' because you have to ask for it and it's only after 7 days after you checked in) all they did was MAYBE vacuum here and there. The reception staff is nice and helpful but still we pay way too much for it to be this dirty. Sorry but it's a no for us.

My room was filthy. The garbage under the sink still had food scrapes and other trash in it from a previous guest. Cupboards were gross on the outside. The air conditioner did not cool down the room. Thermostat read 76 degrees and i turned it to 70 and it never got past 75. I had to open the windows to cool off the room.
