The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. Check-in was pretty simple.

The rate per night is not worth what you get.

Breakfast was excellent! Front desk employees were very helpful and polite. Management was beyond exceptional! The maids were very nice. Even the maintenance man was very nice and helpful. We made friends with all of the staff and after staying that many days, we all knew each other by first names. We hated to leave actually and we will definitely be back!

Walked into shower old soap bar left in the shower which made me question the quality, state , or condition of cleanness done in the room. In the morning I wanted to go for a walk along the beach but did not want housekeeping coming into room there was no do not disturb sign available for the room - made me think once again that someone did not check off there check off list . For the amount of money and incidental money this hotel requires upon arrival they should double and triple check that rooms are ready for the next guest.

It was terrible! bacon almost raw, biscuits cold, coffee was not good to me.

A little bit of everything. Mike was my favorite because he was the one that seemed to care the most about my stay and not just about his check. The staff that was there was great.

I didn’t like that I checking in at 10:30 at night and had to check out at noon and they held an extra 175$ without telling me that would happen. When I asked why my bill was so much I was informed you guys hold it until I check out but I still haven’t received my money back.

The property is in a great location near great attractions!

The overall hotel experience was dissatisfying. Tried to check in an hour early but couldn’t. Which is understandable. The hotel states on the website as well as everywhere on the property that it is a non-smoking facility. However, when we checked in the room it was very unclean. There were cigarette butts on the floor and ashes everywhere. We contacted the front desk and they advised us that they were going to move us to a different room. 3 hours later we were advised that we could not be moved and had to stay in that room but they will go and clean it. We were so tired from travel and decided to stay. If you are in the Palm Coast area do not stay at this hotel. If you do decide to stay please expect multiple delays!
