I loved the breakfast. the eggs were yummy and the pancake 'bar' was great. The staff was friendly and approachable. The room was very clean so I loved that honestly.

The walls are thin so I could hear my neighbours slamming the doors and talking in their room. Although the room is clean, little chips in a few places caused it to look unclean (like the mirror) and dated honestly. My bed was uncomfortable, but because I had two queen beds and I was alone, I used the blankets from the other bed (and asked for an additional blanket) and padded my bed. I was offered a room upgrade when I mentioned the uncomfortable bed (I appreciated the offer), but I preferred to stay in the room I was assigned, so I used the blankets and padded the bed and it was fine from then on.

Comfortable room, two sinks and mirrors (one in bath and one outside the bathroom) made it easy for two of us to get ready. The breakfast was very good and facilities were kept clean and food was replenished.

Our King Spa room on the third floor faced the busy street and road noise could be heard in our room. The air conditioning helped drown the street noise during rush hour. However, at night it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

The room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. It was quiet and conveniently located. Breakfast was amazing!

The elevator broke down at one point. Had to walk up and down from the 3rd floor.

The staff (a lady with an accent in particular- don't know her name) was extremely polite, welcoming such a breath of fresh air to the mornings always enquiring if everyone was alright A wide range of breakfast items to choose from Always very clean environment The white vegetarian egg omelette was such a good change to the normal
