Staff was wonderful. The room was clean as well as other public areas. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect , if you’re needing to be on the west side of town, as most of the other hotels are located way east off the interstate.
The hallways to rooms are dark & smell musty. The whole place could use some decor. Too many blank white walls. Decor in the lounge was stuck in another era, 1990s I think, lol.

Thankfully located near a good Mexican food restaurant.
No AC, the building was so hot and we ended up having to switch rooms just for a subpar working AC unit. The facility was dirty, ceiling tiles were stained and falling through, missing, coffee maker in lobby was out of order, breakfast was ridiculously priced for what was offered, and decor and maintenance in rooms was unkept and sloppy.

The AC in the room was the only thing I liked.
The standing water in thr bath tub upon arrival. The super oven hot elevator the super hot hallways. The bed was so bad and sunk in the middle it was like sleeping in a bowl. The bar and restaurant didn't have working air it was to hot to even eat the poor breakfast buffet employees sweating, I had a 5 month old baby and we couldn't even stay for breakfast .

I only got coffee and a bagel on Mother’s Day, the bagel was extremely old and tasteless. There was no honey, nor dairy substitute for my coffee. I was unable to enjoy fresh fruit during my stay. The kitchen was unable to provide a fresh salad.
Wi-Fi kept fading out. The food was not like the menu offered. Sand and debris filled my tub, sink and toilet for the first 2 days. The staff was very nice though.

The location is close to the freeway and there is an amazing restaurant nearby called BeDillon's.
The room #134 had a horrible odor of mold or mildew. Obvious water damage in the bathroom. The room is not well kept and is in serious need of repair.
