The staff from front desk clerk , the breakfast hostess and the maid were all very nice and helpful.

The parking fee it was $10 But there are signs posted all over about how they weren’t responsible so we made sure to park our car by the window of our room so we could keep an eye on it ourselves . . . So the $10 was a fee fee!

Charging $10.00 for parking. That is ridiculous specially when you have a handicap. Where can you park for free when staying at your hotel. Do you also charge for swimming in the pool. Walking to your room.

Numerous bathroom amenities missing (including soap), phone didn’t work to advise front desk, numerous outlets inop.

the toilet whistled after it was flushed for 30 seconds, the sink was clogged and they were booked and could only give a king with a pull out couch not an even trade or an up grade for 4 adults

I got 2 letter saying they were under construction that were dated for January 2022, so I thought there’s no way they could still be under construction for over a year….

The appearance of the property was awesome! The staff had great customer service.

The room where they had the breakfast food was too small for the amount of people trying to serve themselves.

it was good, the staff was great, we ended up having majority of the hotel to ourselves due to the storm but it worked out nicely and it wa amazing the beds!!!! so comfortable we slept like a baby.
