The rooms were very good.

The breakfast could be a little better. More hot stuffs (ostmeal, milk, eggs). In the bathtub there should be like a rug inside the bathtub cause it was very slippery.

Posizione molto buona, distante pochi chilometri da New York tramite bus. Letto molto comodo e camera calda. Piacevole starci quando fuori è molto freddo. Nella camera ok il frigo e il micro onde. Tv grande, sembra un cinema.

Staff poco cordiale. La camera non è stata fatta e pulita per due giorni e quando l'ho segnalato, dalla reception mi hanno rimproverato anche in maniera fastidiosa, perchè non dovevo dirlo a booking. Nei giorni della camera non pulita, ci hanno rifornito asciugamani, shampoo e carta igienica. Ci ha dato l'impressione che reception e personale di servizio nei piani, siano due entità che neanche si parlano... Internet non va bene, meno male che avevo il mio hotspot.

The plugs in the second room did not work so my friends were unable to charge their phones. The man from the front desk came to try and fix it with no luck.

Shuttle service to New York Comic Con! Only 10$ each way, & was super relaxing to not have to fight city traffic. Breakfast was unique (gluten free vegetarian, & is never had eggs cooked that way). Surprisingly quiet for location (no traffic noises!) Cleaning staff did amazing job. Room was larger than anticipated

Someone hit my daughter's car in the parking lot, so started our stay on a sour note. Front parking is a bit of a steep angle, but that's just the terrain.

my room was given away before I arrived at the property with no notice. The staff was unapologetic and since the hotel was fully booked, they made no effort to find me another place to stay. I traveled very far and was given no notice that my reservation was being given away. I will not stay again or use booking.com.

Night shift front desk terrible. Requested and booked non smoking room, room given was smoker!
