The breakfast was good. And the rooms were very clean.

I had to go ask for thing's.

Staff friendly and helpful, lobby common areas well maintained, breakfast good.

Hotel needs a little TLC. Carpets in hallways and rooms worn. Had to request ice bucket not a standard ammenity(?) Towel hooks, TP holder etc fell off wall, sloppy paint. Was in handicap room, plenty of bars etc in tub to accommodate, however no counter space, no drawers and hardly any closet space (handicapped people need a space for clothes and toiletries too). In their defense, they did inform us that the entire hotel is scheduled to be renovated in fall/winter 2023. Starting with the top floor and working it's way down, so if booking a room in spring, recommend requesting a top floor room.

Everything was great!

The room was as shown in the picture, location good for exploring RI. Breakfast was delicious and well organised.

Housekeeping could not be scheduled in our 4 night stay, were told will be done on request. We requested twice but never got the service!

No smart TV I needed a bigger room but was told no to upgrading

Great stay over all, everything was easy from check in to breakfast in the morning.

The third floor hallway was very cold. It felt like it was the middle of winter and someone left all the windows open. Recommend checking that out.

the bed wasn’t conftable the pillows are very bad and old carpet in room and around the property are dirty and old

Had to empty my own garbage and the trash cans were not large enough to empty my garbage in. Because they don’t clean the rooms until the 4th day of stay I had to find someone cleaning rooms to request towels, the front desk was unable to provide them. Breakfast - the potatoes were not cooked

Would like cheaper rate without breakfast.

great location!

the room was a little dirty (mold in the shower) and the nightstand was broken.

-pool - easy check in and out -rooms were overall comfy and looked good

-the bathtub had a few unpleasant looking stains

Good location

Entrance and exit from hotel parking lot not easy to navigate. Also all rooms are pet friendly.
