Our room was clean. The front desk staff were excellent.

The pool was dirty. Lots of hair and floaties. Our front rooms were very dark.

Clean, bar staff was super nice.

I didn’t like that staff did not communicate that there were issues with the indoor pool until after my room had been booked. She stated, “Oh I forgot, I’m supposed to be telling people that and I keep forgetting.” The indoor pool was my only reason for wanting to book this location. Other than that, no major issues.

Shower water to hot and no water pressure

I waited three hours to get a room and missed my event. I was only in town to attend that event in the first place.

Hotel was great . Food at the twist bar and grill were great. The view overlooking the river at Sunrise is awesome.

The water pressure in the shower was not great. Everything else about the hotel was absolutely amazing

Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel.

Disappointed the pool wasn’t open. That was one of the reasons I chose to stay there

everyone was friendly and helpful- had an issues with A/C and they offered to move us.

A/C was very loud- one entrance needs landscaping trimmed for better visibility
