The pool not working. The housekeeping complaining that she had to do a extra floor.ice machine not working. The sink in bathroom not going down great the toilet handle you had to really push down.looks like there needs to be maintenance people around 24 hours.

My second day of work got cancelled and I no longer needed the room and was told I could probably get a refund and that never happenned.

The location is unbeatable
Place is in desperate need of renovation; Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The carpets are stained and dirty, the staff are miserable, the beds are uncomfortable, the aircon is useless, it's loud from the outside, there are no facilities, the TV works badly, the shower is scolding, the bathroom was dirty, room was adjoining another but with no way of locking/ closing off, the bedding is old and used, the pillows need replacing, the furniture is old and worn,

the staff were very pleasant
maintenance had to break into the room due to the security latch being broke, bathroom door didn’t close properly, the room was behind the elevators so you heard them going up and down all night, the coffee maker didn’t work in the room

I got a free roon upgrade and the hotel was located very close to the queen making it easy to get back and fourth between places

They have billed me for a night that I did not stay and have yet to correct it. The front desk staff is very incompetent.

The room was spacious, the TV was very good and the bed and pillows were excellent.
The lighting in the room and in the bathroom particularly was inadequate. The hot water went cold after about two minutes as I was showering. Also the toilet bowl was the very low and very small type which is hardly suitable for an adult.

The room was clean.
This hotel appeared to be nearly empty- less than 20 cars in the parking lot when we left early this morning in a hotel with at least 7 floors. Yet they put us in a room for handicapped that wasn't requested. I dont see it working well for a person with a disability either- the sink had no flat edge to sit anything on, a small shelf was too far away to reach anything. The towels were far from the sink & tub, the underneath pipes were exposed and looked a mess. The bathroom door handle was falling off & the door wouldn't shut. Remember this hotel is nearly empty- they gave us a room on the 7th floor with a family of at least 5 or more on the other side of the wall- the kids were screaming & jumping off the beds against the wall etc to 2 am- no adult response to it. No one went in or out any other rooms on our end of the hall - empty. Why do they put people so close with tons of empty rooms? My husband had fallen asleep before the chaos started so we didn't request a switch but we should have moved. Anyway this shows the staff doesn't care about customers to spread them out a little when they easily could have, we didn't request a handicap room & the maintenance is poor.
