For being an included breakfast, we all thought it was very good and the attendant did a good job of keeping food& beverages available.

The water pressure was on the really low side and there should have been more towels. There were no hand towels, only two bath size towels furnished - and they were not replaced when the room was cleaned and serviced after the first night’s stay. During the middle of the night there was a lot of noise in the hallway.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms nicely designed and quiet, the breakfast about what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express. I appreciated being close to the city, where the event we were traveling for was held, while not paying city prices.

It's just off the highway, so jump on and off there--otherwise, you're driving through some rough areas. But I'd stay there again without hesitation.

It’s really bad, room smells like urine. house keeping came to spray the carpet but still really bad. Checked in at 2:00pm and checked out at 11:00pm same day as my kids, wife couldn’t sleep. Front desk agent said 100% occupied so didn’t move the room but you can still book so it means he was lying or didn’t have clean rooms.

Breakfast could have been better. Strangers were entering the facility through one of the side doors, unchecked. Felt insecure! Toilet could have worked better by not leaking water constantly.

Good breakfast. 24hrs coffee, tea and hot/cold water. Good in-room facilities (microwave oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, a lot of USB charger, free WiFi, etc.)

The size of the room, the cleanliness of the room a bright open spaces and the kindness of the people at the front desk.

The breakfast could have been better, more option for people don't eat pork and the turkey sausage could have been cooked better with maybe some potatoes or something added it was a little bland. The air in our room cause consistent coughing through the night so we were unable to use that air. Also someone continuously left bleach in the washing machine after they were done using it so maybe I'll check to see if the washing machine was okay randomly so no one clothes will get ruined.

We were there for a funeral. Unfortunately I dud not know you offer discounts for this. Great hotel. Good breakfast. Very pleasant staff!!
