Wondering why the pool is not open

Started at 7 am...breakfast Too late. Nice staff. Cookies and water nice..very friendly staff

Only stay at Holiday Inn Express. This was dump. Bathroom fixtures falling out of wall..dirty mattress pad. Bate boned bathroom. TV broken. Place run down. Disappointing.

Location. Felt safe for a quick overnight stop. Right near food and shops if need something

Overpriced. older hotel. They can charge higher based on location.

Great location. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Close to the I-77 too, very convenient. Continental breakfast was good. Air conditioning was cold!!! Pool was clean and very refreshing!!!

We stayed in room 406. Overhead light/exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. No shampoo or body wash in the shower, bottles were empty. No working ice machines, all were out of service. The morning of check out the elevator was out of service, had to tote heavy luggage/cooler down four floors and to our car. Only one elevator for entire hotel!!!

I like the fact that it’s pet friendly and conveniently located near the highway. They have great pillows!

It’s an old facility that’s been remodeled at some point. I booked a handicapped room because of a broken ankle and was given a room on the 4th floor. There is only 1 elevator which was out of order the morning after check in. Also, the parking is limited. It’s supposed to be pet friendly but there is no green space, no outside trash can to dispose of dog waste. It just seemed pretty run down and not well cared for or clean outside. Trash laying all over the parking lot.

Although the property is hidden back in a corner with a very small parking lot the actual hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast was decent no bacon or cinnamon buns.

The elevator and swimming pool was both out of service.
