Room was very nice and beds were comfortable.

The food at the bar and grill was subpar. Very disappointed.Pool needs to be scrubbed and windows in the hotel were dirty.Also could hear employees arguing outside when at the pool.

Staff was great, very nice! Breakfast was good. Location was good.

We were put in an ADA, which was not requested. Therefore, there was no counter space in the bathroom and no hair dryer.

Easy to find, allowed extended parking for the 7 days we were gone on our cruise, for only $5 bucks per day which was over $100 savings compared to parking closer to cruise port. They had security at night to watch our vehicle. And as an added bonus a lady named Shay has a shuttle business aside from the hotel, but all she does is shuttle cruise customers back and forth from their hotel to the port for 10 bucks a person. We may have had to pay a little more for the room but even that cost saved us money in the long run. Overall it was a win win and we had a phenomenal time on our cruise too!

The fact that they wouldn't take cash payments and it caused us to make 3 trips back and forth to add money onto our debit card because the lady at the hotel gave us our booking.com price but didn't tell us about the extra 25 bucks for incidentals. And it's been a month that we've been home and they are still sitting on my debit card as a pending charge. Someone told me that the 25 bucks was refundable and that was the reason for it to be pending but idk if that's true or not. I havent gotten it back after this long so I would say that it's unlikely at this point.

Hotel gave us free tickets for breakfast due to our room not being ready when we arrived. Otherwise we would have not eaten at the breakfast buffet due to the price being too expensive. Our room was awesome! Will stay they again next time in NOLA.

What we loved about the hotel was the facility and staff. They were so pleasant and helpful! Any thing we needed, they accommodated. We will be staying here every holiday we’re in town!
