Location was nice for a night rest and exploring stow while traveling to Chicago. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

The property was in a great location and was in pretty good condition!

The air conditioning unit in our room was pretty noisy!! We asked the front desk to have it looked at and never really heard back from them.

The location was great. We enjoyed the room was quiet at night for good sleeping. The breakfast was good. The people were super nice.

Wish the breakfast didn’t run out of eggs when I got there. Also the cereal dispenser was hard to use.

The room & entire hotel was very clean with beautiful modern decor. Loved the vanity separate from the shower/toilet. Air conditioning worked excellent and the cooled the entire room.Bed was very comfortable. The pool was well kept and clean. Gym had excellent equipment and extremely clean. Location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping close by. Loved the well kept outdoor seating & grilling area . The breakfast was different every day ,well stocked, and of great quality with several choices .Happy hour Mon- wed was an excellent amenity with excellent finger foods & snacks ,beer and wine & fresh coffee and soda machine & met some wonderful people as well . The hotel was quiet, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would 100% return! Made our family's stay in Ohio for our sons graduation from Kent State very enjoyable.

There was no ice machine in the main lobby although i was told most rooms contained ice makers . Ours did not but the hotel staff was always available to get it for us.

Placement of wash basin is too close to bed if one person is awake before the other and shaving or washing the light or sound from the process wakes the other party.

Friendly front desk staff. Location was right for my needs. Nervous Dog coffee across the parking lot is always a bonus

I had exactly 2 kleenex in my holder - went through those at checkin. There was a spot in the toilet bowl - I did not investigate The drapes sit way off the window so outside light easily gets into the room
