The breakfast was good

The bed was somewhat comfortable

The shower door was broken The water pressure was very low in the shower. There were homeless in the front of the property. There was actually one homeless person in the lobby just standing around who tried to take my luggage. I saw him take it then I had to confront the person. He gave it back to me. The security guard was sitting on the couch doing absolutely nothing. He was not patrolling or making sure the customers are safe. And making sure non-customers are not in the building. The biggest disappointment was the hour and ten minute wait time to check in. I arrived at 10pm and did not check in until approximately 11:15pm.

Bed comfortable. Food great. Clean

Water leak in bathroom sink underneath. Maintenance was very shoddy. Repair done with blue painters tape.

I know they are remodeling! But my fiance and I always stay here and we love how accessible it is for when we visit LA.

Very clean bathroom. Cleaning staff did excellent job of dusting and vacuuming.

Hallway needed cleaning from plaster dust.

Size of the room

Did not get the confirmed room type. No warm breakfast as advertised - brown bag that was hit or miss depending g on the bag you grabbed. Staff seemed apathetic

Clean comfortable room

On website indicated hot breakfast included. There was not hot breakfast. Hotel provided a baged "breakfast " which, being diabetic, I could not eat. Had to go to a restaurant for breakfast
