swimming pool kinda grim-in basement-looked like a storage room

just the driveway coming into the plaza that is shared by three other businesses. it has nothing to do really with Holiday inn. and more to do with the crazy drivers when I try to exit the parking lot. Death trap literally if you don’t use extreme caution.

Fuenitures and linens were dated. Linen were crumpled and not crisp. Making it appear like it's not clean and recently used. This is not the Holiday Inn that I know.

not a major thing, but due to the slope of the parking lot steps, instead of a ramp to get your suitcases into the lobby

because of construction which closed the whole Holiday Inn parking lot, there were few marked spaces in the small parking area shared with a big lounge. The entrance was the back door we were told we would have to move our car at 7 am and couldn’t park again until 4 pm. totally unreasonable and something of which we were not forewarned. when we expressed our displeasure, the clerk got very snotty with us and said it was on their web page. when we told her we weren’t staying, she said she’d cancel the reservation but it appears she didn’t. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nothing. It was horrendous and we had to go to another hotel and I am waiting on a refund

Everything. Rough unsafe location, drunk patrons, rude staff, NO PARKING ANYWHERE because the lottery bar on property was full, and the staff didn't care.

Good breakfast. Parking a mess, lot being expanded. Will be much nicer tho

The free breakfast was great. They had hot food and a good variety to choose from. The room was comfortable, the the fridge and microwave were right inside the door and it was tight is that area.

The parking lot has construction so the parking was tight and not a lot of spaces to choose from.

the gal that checked us in was so welcoming. breakfast was good, the lady who kept everything stocked was very nice.

Very little parking space, construction all around the hotel which was inconvenient, layout of room somewhat annoying with the vanity area exposed to the rest of the room.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

There is construction currently going on in the parking lot. There was quite a bit of noise and congestion due to this. Not bad but wished I had known before booking.
