The staff people were fine; they were the best part of the stay. The downside of Hampton Inn in general, nowadays, is that housekeeping has been reduced to every other day, allegedly because of "Covid" from 3 years ago. My own opinion is that it has more to do with Hampton Inn saving money and adding profit by reducing housekeeping staff.

The entire hotel was under renovation and it is expected to continue and October or November 2024, so beware! All 5 days of my stay, the contractors had blocked off approximately half of the parking in and around the hotel, which shares the lot with several other businesses. On my arrival, after traveling for 12 hours, the contractors were using jackhammers on the roof which reverberated throughout the entire metal frame of the building. Then, they moved onto painting the exterior, blocking even more parking spaces over a busy weekend. The rooms were tired and worn. Bottom line, this hotel should have been closed during the entire renovation.

My family and I enjoyed everything about the property. The location was perfect for everything we were doing during the stay. The staff were fantastic and very personable.

The pool was very clean, check in was great , staff was awesome as always!

I found some used woman products in the smaller room we rented on the floor. The 2 queen suite room usually comes.with silverware, glasses and.plates, there were none of that in the kitchen this time..but overall a great stay.

A little pricey

The pool area was beautiful! Warm and very inviting environment. Also liked the entrance right off the elevator, very convenient. Staff was wonderful, super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

We used the couch pull out bed for my step son to sleep on, when we pulled it out we found (what I think was) pistachio shells and dryer sheets and other small pieces of trash under the couch. Price was a tad steep.

Very clean, great location and the staff was very nice.

Older shower and very very low toilet. Bathroom could use an update. That being said it was still wet clean. Nice supply of towels.
