We liked the appearance of Delta, very nice when you walk in. Check in was fast and smooth. The room is really nice and clean and comfortable.

A bit too much noise from the freeway. Not a dealbreaker for us.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Non working elevators. No free breakfast, even with a $200 room. Housekeeping didn't check alarm so it woke me at 6:00 am. The morning staff wasn't very personable. No easy access to get luggage from covered entrance to parking lot. No vegan options on restaurant menu.

Spacious room, with amazing hot water for extended periods. Staff was friendly all the while up to her neck with others checking in.

The only downfall was one of the elevators was out of order so at times you had to wait a few extra minutes to get the elevator.

So many things went wrong on a one night stay. There isn't anything good I can say.

I was charged for an alcoholic beverage, and I don't even drink. As a matter of fact I didn't order any food or drink during my stay. The hotel couldn't locate a manager to remove the charge before I left. Never refunded. The air in our room was broken, the housekeeping services claimed they spoke no English when I asked a question. Shady shady staff. Don't stay, avoid and pay a few dollars more to stay at the courtyard next door.

The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

Nice clean place. Nice size rooms and comfortable bed. The bath tub does have a Grey tint and could use some clorox
