Muy limpio, no olía feo y la cama en buen estado. La habitación estaba grande y tenía cocina. Fue perfecta

The size of the room was beyond expectations. The beds were comfortable. There were enough power outlets for the whole family. The pool was a great temperature for swimming. I loved having all dove products in the shower. A major reason I picked this hotel was that dogs stay free!

I wish I could've stayed another night lol

The hot breakfast we thought we were getting was Cold.

When booked I paid for a King Private suite, When we got to hotel they tried telling me I booked a Queen, they said it was overbooked and Queen was all they had , I continued explaining to them I definitely booked a king suite finally they moved us to king suite, room was very poorly cleaned had toaster in kitchen area and appeared very filthy , headboard of bed had some nasty looking spots on it , toilet paper holder was inoperable toilet tissue was just set on shelf ,shower valve was backwards when first turn on should have cold water but had hot immediately, other than that seemed ok!

The room was dirty and the refrigerator had a empty beer box with pizza in the box.

I like the fact that hotels are using laminate flooring in their rooms, adds to cleanliness and appearance.

Lamps had no light bulbs. Room description said it was a king, was not a king. There was a foul smell throughout the hotel. Staff did not look professional.
