Did not get a chance to experience

I did not like that I was not told at the time of booking that there were reneovations affecting the usage of water from 10am-6pm. Unfortunately, this was my entire stay so I had to leave after a few hours of arriving. Hopefully, there will be another chance for me to experience a stay at your facility.

Easy to find - we always stay here when visiting

Remodeling going on . A little dirty to be expected , didn’t bother us.

Clean room and helpful staff. Pool was clean and welcoming

The room smelled. The toilet didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the TV remote didn’t work all the time. The price was intirely too high for the quality of the poor experience.😞

I did not have the breakfast.

The front desk clerk was at best nonchalant. When I arrived, she matter of factly informed me that the room would not be ready for another 20 minutes. She said you can wait in your car. I also asked if there was somewhere that I could check my email. Then it became obvious to me that she didn't want to be bothered. She was not rude per se. The clerk at check out was just the opposite. She was friendly and helpful.
