First walking into the lobby it was so beautiful I was surprised that Beaumont had a building like this it was mind blowing.

I book because I was under impression breakfast was fee but when I got there breakfast was 1299 plus tax paid a lot to stay here should’ve been free

The location to the event my family was attending.

The fact that the staff switched my room without even calling me. The pool was down for maintenance (I get things happen), but it pushed me over the edge when I drove 4 hours and then have to lug three children up to a room without a baggage carrier, only to find out the room was NOT what I paid for. I go back downstairs and get told it is the only room available and all they could do, and it was an "upgrade." The room smelled, there was a 20 foot table in the middle of the room, and only one king sized bed, but was told don't worry the couch makes into a bed and they can get me roll out beds.... mind you, I paid for a double queen bed suite. The rooms were jacked up $100+ by the time I booked two weeks prior. Which is fine when I was paying for the room I wanted and having working amenities. By this time, it was late at night and no other close by hotels had availability. We decided to make the best of it and start getting comfortable. My baby was lying down drinking a bottle, and a few minutes later, I noticed she had fleas on her! She was getting bit by fleas. I pick her up and rush downstairs and show them the flea, and explain that there is more in there. The staff was helpful and accommodated me to.... the room I originally paid for that "just" became available..... i was livid at this point and handed two free breakfast comps to make up for all the issues... NOT OKAY. I was told I would receive a call today, Monday, from the manager and NOTHING.

Booked double queen through Booking.com… showed up and no double queens available and put family of four in single king.

The front staff was helpful .

I called for towels and it took about 30 mins to come and I had to call twice . I thought it was very unprofessional .

We Had BED BUGS IN OUR ROOM ON MY STAY ON 12/28/22

Toilet was not working & they had to switched us to another room which the heat was barely working & they had people sleeping in the lobby with blankets. We asked for towels, they told us there was not any. Housekeeping did not pick trash up that we put in bags & placed in front door!

that’s the pool was out of order. I only booked for my birthday boy to swim. since we live in the same city as the hotel we checked out. still had to pay full price for have the adventure 🙄

The made to order breakfast was fantastic.

Not enough pillows for the bed. Was a odd number of 3 instead of 4
