The location is great and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room was hot.

We did not stay. It was a mess, personnel did not care, room smelled like cigarette smoke. They did not have the room we reserved available. We filed a claim for a refund, and have yet to receive it.

Jassmyn at the front desk was really nice! She greeted us with a smile and kind word each time we passed the front desk. Her Customer Service skills are second to none!

I picked this hotel for the location which was a 3 minute drive from my destination. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn, with restaurant and conference center. It's a nice facility. Bed was comfortable.

I paid extra for the high speed internet, but it was spotty. It dropped out several times. Internet is important to me when traveling for planning purposes.

Couldn’t have breakfast, surgery

There was little space for my wheelchair to maneuver.

Breakfast was ok and I really like the little store by the front desk but the dinner we ordered was very good and the gentleman that helped us was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked him he was very informative and happy to help

None of the soda machines worked on any floor and ate about $5.00 in change which when we told the front desk their answer was oh they all only work when they want to and never gave me back my money it was like well u will know not to use them next time and the bed frames are so big and stand out that I have both knees bruised and a broken toe from kicking them

It wasn’t as nice compared to other Hilton Gardens I’ve stayed in. Felt uneasy but had to deal with it. Over priced!! And I was charged by Third party and the hotel- took over a week to get refunded for a partial amount.

Good location for our needs. Excellent parking and appreciated the hotel’s automatic opening double doors at their rear entrance. It provided a wide opening when entering hotel with or without a luggage cart and was a great convenience that other comparable hotels don’t have. Our room and bathroom were clean, but obviously old. We had breakfast (not free) once during our stay. The dining area was clean, the food good, served promptly and the service friendly. We used the fitness room once. It was clean, had a good sample of different exercise equipment, sufficient room to stretch and ample supply of towels.

The fitness room’s water cooler was empty, so we had to return to our room to pick up bottled water. We discovered ants in our room after returning late in the evening on the night of our last stay. Since we were checking out the next day, we dealt with it, but in a rush to leave in the morning, forgot to report it to the front desk. This is an older hotel that needs to replace it’s carpets and refresh bathrooms, to include sealing cracks where ants can be a problem.
