The lobby was beautiful

There wasn’t much I did like. I booked a two bed queen suite and got two full beds. The room was in desperate need of renovation. Paint chipping on everything. Dingy. it felt like I was staying at a super 8 on the side of the interstate. there was a stain on one of the bed sheets and comfort!!!!! (gross). Bugs in the pool. The breakfast which I thought was included (I could be mistaken) cost my family $80 on top of the room being $230. that’s insane. On top of that we had a family in town that was staying at the hotel as well. They got checked in and settled. A few hours later they realize theres toe nails in their bed!!! when they complained to the front desk instead of fixing it they said they needed to pay again even though their card was clearly charged for TWO rooms. We had family sleeping in cars and in the floor because they refused to let them keep the second room. This was the first and and probably the last time I will be staying with this hotel.

The room could had been cleaner, and the bathroom light chrome was rustic. I had to change rooms because the curtain was hanging off the hooks and the wall was either patched or needed to be washed or painted.

really nice staff and very accommodating! breakfast was too busy to handle (management needs to hire extra people when the hotel is full) but the breakfast staff was working very hard (needs a raise!) and very polite and attentive!

hotel is worn down needs an up do. wallpaper coming off, bath really old etc. restaurant and bar are closed! and you are not allowed to have a drink in the lobby. old BUT Clean!!

I asked for the cleaning 3 times for 3 night stay. However, it doesn't make it. I don't know the reason.

The cleanliness of the hotel and how hospitable the staff was!

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast but based on the extra amount I paid to have breakfast I should’ve had access to the everything I that was available and not just what was on the paper…🤷🏾‍♂️

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

The room can definitely use a facelift. The walls and trim are scuffed and nicked. The light in the bathroom is rusted. And there is no fan in the bathroom. And the dish receiver for cable had to be reset 3 times during our stay. For the money and the fact that it’s a Hilton property, I was disappointed.
