The cleanliness and nice staff was a plus. The food was exceptional, It was a peaceful and stress free stay. Hopefully I will return again one day soon. I also like the fact that it had a bar in the lobby area.

Breakfast was not included. It was a bit pricey, I am used to food being included in with the stay. The worst thing that happened was my key card deactivated during the stay which was not a problem at all because that was a very easy fix.

The staff was very welcoming. They were willing to assist. Very understanding.

We are a basketball team traveling from Orlando Fl. We had 6 rooms and 4 rental cars. Two of our cars got broken into. Along with a couple of other cars. Maybe hotel owner should invest in cameras or outside security.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall pleasant stay. It was one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. If I ever traveled back to Memphis again, I would try to stay here again. My husband and I preferred to try new foods on our trip, and therefore ate out for breakfast instead of eating what the hotel provides, so I cannot really comment on the quality of the breakfast selection or food.

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, and that's about all I can think of. That's not their fault, though. It's just not my preference.

we were mislead by several people about the availability of joining rooms. We didn’t find out until after checking in that we we not in fact getting joining rooms, after confirming 3 times! We weren’t able to get in to one room initially because the card reader was broken. The bathroom door in one room wouldn’t close securely. The hot tub wasn’t working (wasn’t working 4 years ago either when we stayed at the same place, though that stay wasn’t bad)

the location was like I was in the ghetto. The hotel was dirty, my car window was shattered and items including my gun stolen with 10 other people on a Friday night Sept.1 this year.

Great location. Easy parking. The front staff was very friendly. They moved me to the second floor when I said I couldn't lug my suitcase higher than that. They brought a new blow dryer when I requested it.

The elevator was broken so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to my room. The blow dryer was broken. The refrigerator froze all the food I put in it. Maid service every other day = chintzy.

Staff was nice... the hotel hallway and elevetor carpets needed steam cleaning (this is not the sfaff fault.. the owners might need to make some investments here) .. the room was very clean the floor in the bathroom made noise when walking on it.. like maybe the subfloor needed to be looked at. Staff was fine.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, pool area was nice, breakfast had yummy choices, beds were comfy.

TV in our 1st room didn't work properly, they did move us to a new room on the second night to make up for that. TV with 2 kiddos is a must lol. On the site & on TV info for dining it stats breakfast is until 10am but they shut it down at 9am instead, not a big big deal but should update info.

Advertised as a king suite with a sofa bed for 4. The sofa bed was a twin. We had to ask for sheets and pillows. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Bathroom was worn and had several cracked tiles, floor was slimy (maybe soapy). Not worth the money
