The room was lovely, the beds were so comfortable and the woman checking us in was so sweet. Left too early to eat breakfast. Your shuttle to airport was very convenient.

The room was very well kept and clean.
The pool was one freezing cold for the pool room to be humid and then the water or the bottom of the pool was green. There is no way that the pool was clean to a standard. And the hot tub one didn’t turn on and heat the water and it was also the same green color.

My beef is simply this. I paid in advance for my Reservation. The Reservation is from 3pm (CHECK IN) to (12 pm at checkout). WE DECIDED ON YOUR MOTEL BECAUSE OF YOUR SOLID REPUTATION AND BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED AND WANTED TO GET SOME SLEEP BEFORE WE COMTINUED OUR JOURNEY HOME IN THE MORNING However, at 09:30 Housekeeping wakes me up out of my sleep. When I get up to answer the door, they only say I'm sorry. Sorry for what? I asked the lady how can I help her and she walks away. At 11:30 a.m. a different set of people with linen carts knocks on my door and again I answer the door and ask may I help them. Again they say I'm sorry and walk away. This is RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. Question, Why is Housekeeping beating on my door at 09:30 a.m. AND 11:30 a.m. when checkout is at noon? WOULD YOU STAY AT THIS MOTEL UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES? WHAT TYPE OF RATING WOULD YOU GIVE THIS MOTEL?I understand they need to get the ROOMS READY FOR THE NEXT DAY. SOLUTION, START WITH THE ROOMS THEY CAN CONFIRM HAVE ALREADY CHECKED OUT. It is totally DISRESPECTFUL TO TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS WAY. IF YOU DIDN'T WANT ME THERE THEY COULD HAVE REFUSED MY REQUEST. NO HARM NO FOUL.

Glass in the room, which my 3 yr found in the floor and my wife stepped on. we then switched rooms and the second had hair all in the shower and bugs in multiple locations.

The room was nice, beds & pillows super comfy.
I specifically choice this location for their pool and spa pool and I was highly disappointed! Spa pool didn't work. Pool was absolutely freezing! Photos are obviously much older! Overly priced and breakfast was poor.. coffee was ok.

The location was great close to lots of Entertainment and Shopping with Tanger outlet being only 4 minutes away.

Very comfortable bed and close to the airport
Maintenance on the building was occurring in many areas of the facility. I booked this hotel because it had both an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Unfortunately both were closed and not disclosed prior to checking in. Neither of the two rooms were ready at 3 pm check in. The 2nd room was finally ready at 430. Because of the inconvenience and amenities not being available we asked for compensation and was told to find another hotel. Unprofessional.

Courtney evening staff was very nice, helpful and professional, as was breakfast young lady staff.
1. No Kleenex in room. No blankets in room.
2. Construction created dust over many cars in the parking lot.
3. No juice. No drinking water from machine. No free bottled water.

Staff was very nice
There was construction going on and we were not warned about it. I have horrible allergies and asthma and they were painting in all the places that were heavily traffic. I ended up having a asthma attack from all the smells.

Awesome shower; very comfortable bed and pillows; room looked recently remodeled so everything was lovely.
We had chosen this property specifically because they have a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, due to remodeling, mattresses we're stored in the pool area so the pool and hot tub were closed. That was disappointing.

The shuttle driver was great! We were traveling with an infant, our flight was cancelled and she went out of her way to take us to the store to get diapers for him. We didn’t pack enough for a canceled flight.

They were most accommodating making us feel so at home and do anything we needed. Our flight canceled and stayed and extra night and they assisted in getting us back in our rooms. Can’t say enough good things.

Location
Cleanliness. Sheets, shower, refrigerator,sinks and towels were either molded, soiled or carried an odor. The ice machine had bug larvae in the ice. Someone left food in the refrigerator. The towels smelled like urine. Stayed last year it was very nice. What a difference a year makes. I'm never staying here again. There is not enough lysol on the planet to sanitize that place. We tried.
