Good morning breakfast was good for me. Staff was very nice and professional.
The beds need to be updated and the shower curtains are way too small and need to be fitted correctly water is going everywhere in the bathroom

The room was nicely appointed, and everything looked fresh. It was a short drive to many fine dining locations. It was also a short drive to get back on the Interstate 95.

Good location. Right off I-95.. The place was clean and so were the rooms. However, the pillows were not comfortable at all.

Checked in and was given room. Entered room and turned-on lights and notice bugs all over the headboard and side tables and pillows. They were small and everywhere. We turned around and went right back to front desk and notified of issue. Front desk just said ok. I said we would like a refund and they said they would have to decide if we would be refunded or not which I didn't think was appropriate. I didn't argue, we left and found another hotel but we won't be back there ever. I did take pictures ad video and sked if they wanted to see the pictures or video we took and they said no so I don't know why it was an issue for them not to immediately refund me and instead we had to wait for them to consider it!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es handelt sich um ein typisches Familienhotel mit großen Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.
Nur Wegwerfgeschirr und fertiges Essen. Hier ließe sich mit wenig Aufwand mehr machen. Das ist vielleicht nur der Europäer...

No hay mucha variedad en el desayuno de un día a otro, no le hacen mucho aseo a la piscina , a la habitación no le hacen aseo todos los días y cuando lo hacen es basico.

Loved the space. Great for families.
No breakfast variety. Missing a mini stove. Overall, it was good. On last day after a week, there was a false alarm fire alarm and we had to leave rooms 🙃 at 9am and missed breakfast.

So very disappointing.
It was New Year’s Day and breakfast was till 10am. Everyone there was on holidays but at the stroke at 10am the breakfast bar was totally cleared off. Fastest the staff went ever!! Asked for a tea bag and non available. (That was for the 3 mornings we were there) went out and purchased our own tea bag’s. Consider that totally unacceptable.

I really liked the breakfast, not the same every morning, great start to the day, most enjoyable also the gentleman on the front desk who sorted my WiFi on my laptop who was more helpful than he knew, thank you👍

The breakfast is good, you pretty much have a bit of everything. The bed was confortable.
I wasn't sure if the bed sheets were clean so I asked for 2 clean ones. On top of the sink in the bathroom had a lot of trimmed hair and the sink was clogged.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond. I had some packages sent to the hotel before I arrived and they took great care to keep them in a locked closet for me until I arrived. They also wrote a kind note to my son who was about to move into the dorm at a nearby college, wishing him good-luck along with a bag of candy! Who does that?! I was so impressed that they spoke so kindly to everyone who passed the front desk. Also, another note: the breakfast was great! Hot food, plenty of options, waffle maker.
The location of this hotel is in a cluster of hotels off of I-95. It was a couple exits down from any kind of shopping. Far from the downtown. It felt safe because of the cluster of hotels, but right down the street is a Walmart with boarded up windows. There is literally nothing else around. No options for food, etc.
