Security lighting in the parking lot seemed insufficient.

The hot breakfast and the amount they provided for the breakfast. And the location

The office chair in the room was tilted so far back I thought it was about to break, the side table was super wobbly and was worried about it possibly falling because I had my 16 month old with me. I was given a room with a stand up shower when I had a toddler and he almost fell so many times in the shower because of how slippery it was when it was just water I had to use a towel to put on the floor in the shower to try to help prevent him from slipping but he wasn’t about to just sit/stand in one spot.

bed was comfortable and the room was clean and fresh

booked a room for 4 people it was only setup for 3 had to go get extra set of towels. the bathroom had no exhaust. The breakfast was horrible. only eggs where hard boiled. the pancake maker didn't work right they had to keep coming out there to reset it. there was no yogurt in the refrigerator only milk. our room was ground floor north end i asked about ice and was told the only machine was on the south end 3rd floor. they need a bath mat the tub/shower was very slippery.

the location and staff was super nice

the people above me were extremely nosey and my room had roaches, I took pictures showed the manager at the front desk upon check out and they acted as if it were no big deal! now I do realize that people who stay there may these bugs in BUT my concern is they can also travel in our belongings which means we run/ran the risk of taking them home! So being nonchalant was a bit disturbing to me
