No pool, no gym,limited breakfast,kitchen non functional ,shower valve drips and very hard to adjust ,room smells

The staff that greeted us was so welcoming and warm. Everything was clean and the room was spacious.

No hot water on day of checkout. Fire alarm went off three times when no fire.

Location was convenient for our travel plans.

I couldn’t believe we paid $180/night what used to be $60 hotel pre Covid. And even that was nicer. No microwave, barely a fridge, shower was too high, I was too short to adjust a sprayer.

The bed was pretty comfortable.

The drinks at breakfast were warm. There was a huge open crack in the ceiling of my bathroom.

Breakfast was pretty good, not a huge selection, but everything seemed fresh. Good dark roast coffee. Fairly large parking lot that had ample parking spaces that weekend. Picture of room matched the room we got.

The price could have been a little better and the scent of whatever cleaner was used to clean the room was a bit overpowering for our liking. Would suggest (a) more natural type cleaner(s), believe this one had some essential extracts or oils in it that left a lasting scent impression and the windows don't open to allow some fresh air in. Unfortunately, the combo air conditioner/heating unit did nothing to clear out the scent.

I only am always disappointed with breakfast selections,that’s all.
