I liked how close it was to downtown.

When we came into our room the beds were not made and all messed up. And when you laid down on it, it would tip to one side. Then the room was 80 degrees and the air did not work and we had to open a window. We even called the front desk to talk about this and all they offered was new sheets instead of a new room. And they said the air was turned off because it’s winter so that’s supper inconvenient because no other hotel I’ve been to in the winter does that.

Size of room was great. Mattress on pullout sofa could be more comfortable. I’ve seen better sleeper couches. I felt bad for my teenage son. Otherwise the property was exactly what we expected.

Also parking can be a bit rough.

The woman at the bar was very cordial and extremely efficient. The gentleman handling the breakfast meal was also very good. Was very surprised at the complimentary breakfast - quite a variety to chose from off the menu. Thanks

I have never been in a hotel room as poorly laid out. Absolutely no room with some type of an after thought box stuck under a counter to accommodate a refrigerator and microwave. Great hazard.

Facility was modern and centrally located.

6th Floor corridors weren’t vacuumed and clean. Front Desk staff were confused about their duties. Asked the same question to three different employees and got three different answers.

close to the office I was teaching at.

cleaning wasn’t that great, very loud when I was on a quiet floor after 9pm! most business professionals need to work the next morning and most people on the floor are business professionals. I am a RN

Got an upgrade so it was like Christmas...

According to the menu breakfast was until 10:00. We arrived about 8:45 but the rest of our party arrived a couple of minutes after 9:00 and they had locked the doors and wouldn't allow them in. As a result we left without having breakfast.
