It was a very clean facility and only minutes from highlights of the city.

The indoor pool was one reason we booked, but it was closed. It would have been nice to know that prior.

Location was convenient

Room was not cleaned daily. Bed linens were not changed daily, bed was not made up. No clean towels were left daily. Very poor housekeeping , maid service, unacceptable!

Staff was friendly

Room wasn’t comfortable. Bed needs new mattress!

Room was not refreshed between nights stay. Bed was not made up. Used towels were not replaced or picked up. When asked about this was told it was because of “Covid “.

disappointed the pool was closed, and that desk staff didn’t know why — it looked like it would have been great, bigger than most hotel pools

The rooms were nice and neat, it was quiet and the location was good. Everything you need close by.

The pool and hot tub were closed which we only found out about upon arriving. We arrived a few hours before check in which we contacted the hotel directly before booking to see if we could check in early and they said they would let us check-in early when we called before booking and they gave us instructions to follow so this wouldn't be a problem but despite following the instructions not only were we unable to check in early the staff was dismissive and refused to even check to see if a room was available until 10 minutes before regular check in. Even though it was 10 min before regular check in the lady who we'd seen twice before trying to check in early as we had requested said a room probably still wasn't available it was a busy weekend. I had to persist she check the computer explaining it was now regular check in time or would be in 10 minutes and I expect a room between 10 and 11 based on the booking agreement but now it was 2 Ave regular check in time. She did check while I complained and we were "in luck" the room was available. I found all of this very frustrating due to the multiple steps I took to ensure we could check in early.
