Like the location steps to the beach, they were super clean, service was perfect, pool super good. I was scared when i booked the room,but when i get there i was impressed 💯

I stay here every year. It's clean, safe, affordable, the staff is very accommodating and you can't beat the proximity to the beach and to town. I travel for a low key beach vacation and Horizon by the Sea is the perfect spot for me and meets my expectations. I've noticed the property has continued to make upgrades over the years and it's nice to see their commitment to their guests & the property.

I love the location it's has a wonderful pool and very convenience because very close to the stores and restaurants and the customer service of Mrs Helen really nice host
The only thing I have to be honest the lady who clean a little trouble maker because she doesn't want to go to bring the bags for trash she was saying to much hot and also she doesn't want to change me the sheets of the bed she told me there is a charge of $700 that's not true I work in the industry of hospitality and there something in her look something not good

shame because it's a great location and has business. Making minor updates would go a long way. Things we noticed: the microwave didn't work, hair was in the bathroom, old stained toilet, outlets were all old, only one USB charging port.

The staff was excellent and I would stay agaig for sure.
As usual, people suck. They think the world revolves around them and love to drink and talk really loud outside after 11:00 P.M. GO TO A BAR!

room was clean with a nice set-up--dressers, desk, big closet, kitchen stocked with dishes and silverware. staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. property has nice tables and chairs to sit at for breakfast, hanging out, etc. we didnt use the pool because we were so close to the beach, but it looked nice and had lots of available lounge chairs.
on the first floor, couldn't open curtains for natural light because everyone would see right in to our room. (not a huge deal as we spent most of our time outside anyway!)

They told me I had a room for ronight a day then told be they sold out and I needed to leave. Wouldn't even try to help. Horrible experience traveling with kids and no where to go

The location is good. It was a decent place, clean, and friendly staff. There was good water pressure, little fridge and a microwave. And I liked the courtyard area.
The mattresses were not very good. It could use some rugs to make it more comfortable. We also needed more of a kitchen with a little stove.

We’ve stayed at little hotel before and it’s not much to look at but it’s so quaint and the location couldn’t be better for the price. The service is wonderful. It’s only a short walk to the square and beach. So many low key activities to enjoy.

This place was perfect location for our quick beach trip, and a nice family running it. Super walkable area, 5 minutes or less to all the stores, restaurants, and the beach. All we needed was basic accommodations that were clean, a good value, and in a walkable location...and this placed nailed it!

Very, very, very old motel. Room was small and in need of TLC. Irratic a/c, soft mattress, no place to sit comfortably, closet door ready to fall off, drapes blocked a/c unit, non functional ceiling fan, mini refrig not plugged in, microwave clock not running.
