Ihg ripped me off of my rewards.
Every time I come here they assure me I’ll get my points.
I didn’t check.
I asked when I checked in this time , was assured I’d get credit.
When we needed to stay a few more days, I had the desk clerk check and he said no, he can’t find my rewards.
From ANY of my past stays either.
I guess I’ll stay at comfort inn next door next time. Or some other non ihg hotel.

Could not be happier with the customer service! Shortly after arriving, we received a phone call about a family emergency. We had to immediately check out. The hotel was very gracious and did NOT charge us for the night. Could not be happier with their service!

I can’t recall the man name but he was very nice when I checked into the hotel. We had causal conversation and he answered all my questions. The room itself was very nice. I loved the bathroom. Everything was so spacious and homey feeling.

The room wasn't cleaned much. We stayed 7 nights & our sheets were never changed. I could go on & on about things that didn't get cleaned or refilled during our stay.

We evacuated during the hurricane and hotel was full. The staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was good. Loved the Pancake maker machine

egg omelet was not warm
room smelled like a dog kennel i put wet wash rag with soap over vent to act as air freshener, couple was fighting early morning i didnt feel safe and called down to desk too them they might need to call the police. it did get quiet shortly after. could hardly open and close the bathroon door

When I booked the room it said there were food to purchase like Marie Calendars (frozen meals) and the display coolers were empty all 4 days.

There were a lot of men hanging around. Playing loud music in cars and the smell of marijuana was in the air. I really didn't feel safe with my family. I use to stay here all the time but this is something new. I don't think I would stay here anymore.
