Nice room. The people that I interacted with were very nice. That isn’t a common as it should be.

Location was a little weird

Friendly staff, especially Emma the desk dog. Free use laundry machines were very refreshing. The room was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen for long term stays

Not much was amiss. Not a wonderful location, but not terrible.

Location needs to be better marked because you must enter through the parking lot of another hotel

The appliances were dirty. The top of fridge was especially unbelievably dirty as well as the inside between the racks etc was dirty. There was dried sauce of some kind left on the floor in front of fridge. No one could have possibly thoroughly cleaned the room. The inside and crevices outside of the toilet were dirty. Luckily I always carry cleaning supplies including disinfectant as I had to wipe down everything and the floor must not have been mopped because the lysol wipes I used showed so much dirt from the top of fridge, the bathroom floor and the main entrance floor. SEE PHOTO. It also smelled of dog on the room. There is usually pet hair of some sort in the blankets sheets. This grosses me out. I've stayed here many times before because location is great and I like the in room amenities but I have never had a room so dirty and paid so much. Normally just have the smell of animals and the random pet hair to deal with. 😞 Paid way too much money for all these issues. Please do better. Patrons deserve better.

We had the best time, our room was so comfortable, and it was the closest feel to being home. We had everything we needed and more. We look forward to visiting again! Breakfast was fabulous, and everyone working was so nice and helpful.

The location was great. The room was super. I didn’t want to leave! Then to our surprise they had a thanksgiving dinner and the staff was great about everything.

The hot tub was out of order and I really wanted to sit in it.
