Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was amazing! Especially Edwin who always was polite and helpful. Also, the bedding and pillows were so soft!! Loved the comfort. Parking was Free which is a BIG plus!! Overall I give this building a 9 out of 10.

The rooms had a distinct cigarette smell to them. Maybe try using a different deodorizer and linen type freshener. The hallways smelled lovely, but the rooms were musty and stunk like cigarette smoke.

They screwed up my reservation. I booked thru a third party and was charged three times. Holiday was not suppose to charge me but charge the third party.

The breakfast and pool were good.

The room smelled awful and we didn’t get a different one. We go to hotels to unwind and enjoy the comfortable room nice pool. We can only afford to do this once every 3 months since we have 1 child, 2 toddler and 1 infant. We couldn’t enjoy the room because it smelled so awful. And the it was expensive. Also, the bathroom was not clean. The tub had hair and the sink had toothpaste. The shower curtains also had holes but that’s not an issue. Toilet paper has already been used. It was just awful. I wish I could get my money back or another 2 nights in a different room. I’ve never had this issue in any other Holiday Inn.
