Everything was perfect! We even gave our 13 yr old granddaughter a key to the room! She went down a couple of times to get more breakfast! She thought she was grown! I would never had done that but the staff at the front desk was watching everything and very friendly so I felt comfortable doing that!!

The eggs were not my thing being precooked but that’s how it is!

my reservation said king suite with hot tub. they said the property had no king suites nor hot tubs. they said booking.com had incorrect information about the hotel. they also said our reservation was for the day before. I had the reservation and confirmation with the correct dates. they were rude and said they charged my card for the night before. we had double beds microwave coffee pot did not work. it was a decent place to stay. not sure what the confusion was on reservation and accommodations but very disappointing.

Breakfast meal. Very friendly staff and management. Rooms well furnished with necessities. Great location , close to Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, resturants, bars and Boone, NC.

Toilets have no or little force to flush, not enough toilet paper- only one roll and no bar soap for shower. The ice machines are not good-very small ice melts before you get to room, and parking lot is terrible with bumps and potholes.

Bathroom, the toilet was installed too close to the wall and was difficult to ues. There was no soap in the shower dispencer, conditioner did not work.

Price was increased probably because of the festival. Second night more than first. Overpriced for families traveling. $460+ is ridiculous for 2nights, and price dropped drastically the next day. $3.50 for a bottle of water!!
