rooms were nice, great location

my reservation was messed up couldnt fi d my room or my name in system until i called booking.com. then also double charged me for the room, and i dont believe its been fixed.

We always enjoy Hampton Inns. This site is somewhat isolated but lovely.

The room was a little stuffy with no way to freshen the air. The breakfast was skimpy. Limited choices and cold water was not offered in the breakfast room. The scrambled eggs were swimming in some sort of oil which was unattractive. Hot oatmeal was not offered, only oatmeal in packets.

The staff was friendly and mostly tried to accommodate.

The A/C didn’t work in our room. I was able to get a box fan at 12:30am when I woke up drenched in sweat.

Staff was extremely rude, when asked to restock the breakfast foods at 7 am they didn’t restock. Every time we asked something of the staff the acted as if we were inconveniencing them.

The breakfast was amazing. The potatoes were exceptional!

We felt like the only guests staying at this hotel. Maybe it was the time of year or location, but there were MAYBE 7 cars in the parking lot any given day. It felt like a ghost town.

Out air conditioner did not work.

Tha bathroom sink was clearly installed backwards. Instead of fixing it, the faucet was mounted off set in the top right corner. It was very difficult to use without getting water everywhere.

Staff was friendly.

Smell of hotel, not being in the system correctly, not being able to connect to the wifi, pool was not chlorinated enough (water was green), and the prices in the vending machine for drinks were a bit high.

Laundry room. The lobby receptionist Patricia was nice.

The bed was too hard. The bathroom faucet is located in a strange area on the sink. When you turn on the faucet, water splashes everywhere and there is no way to control it. The carpet is filthy in room and hallway. The toilet height is short. It is so short that it seems like it is made for a child and not adults. The air conditioner didn't cool room. The tub had a large rust stain. The walls could be touched up with paint.

Rooms should be inspected more often. Carpet had red stains in areas between beds and by the desk. Desk chair was broken, shoved under the desk. Removed by force.

The price for sleeping about 5 hour the first day! Couldn’t get me in my room till noon! I didn’t get but 3.5 hours of sleep for 150$ to stay really not worth it! I put a message in as a request I know it’s not always possible but I honestly can see every room is rented at this time of the yr. There should be a discount for travelers/ nurses doing crisis in low income hospitals! This is so stressful not knowing if I’m getting a room at say 10 am or 1 pm and only get 3-5 hrs to work 15 hrs on my feet all night. Most hotels are not accommodating! Beginning to think I should just drive home 1.75 every day & back I can check in as soon as I arrive home😊

Had a hot breakfast served by a server to be COVID safe. Room was nice and quiet. Goos casual restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Like most places masks wearing was hard to find.
