Staff was incredibly friendly. The full kitchen in the room is a nice amenity.
It would’ve been nice to know that this place was under construction, but it was fine for a place to sleep. We weren’t even there for 12 hours. The construction workers should probably clean up all their nails in the walkways. That could potentially pose a liability for the hotel if someone to get hurt.

location, the inside of the actual room was very nice and enjoyed it. love the fact that body wash was in a little cubby hole in the shower. the kitchen area was awesome. the staff was wonderful and kind .
My biggest complaint is that I was un aware of the fact that the hotel is under construction. It was un settling for me.

The hotel was under full construction and it was not mentioned on the website when booking. I felt blind sided. I didn't even know if the lobby was open due to poor signage and all the construction. Also, there was trash everywhere and styrofoam was blowing in through our AC unit from the parking lot.

First of all fire alarm going off at 1:18am, (there was no fire). Mattress very uncomfortable left me with a backache in the morning and no breakfast. Michael Myers running around made me very uncomfortable.

Kayla at the front desk was awesome. They had options to borrow appliances.
We requested (and paid a bit extra for) a standard suite, which was supposed to come with a king bed. Definitely didn't get a king. We were supposed to have a city or garden view. We overlooked a dirt road and some gravel. The shades in the room were completely see through and didn't close all the way so when the sun came up, the room was as bright as you can imagine. The elevator literally took several minutes to come when called. At one point we just took the stairs because we didn't have 5 to 10 minutes to wait for it... walls and floors were pretty thin. I could hear whole conversations of the guests around me.

I like that it had a full size refrigerator in the room.
There is so much here... parking is AWFUL! I ended up having to park in a space that was all mud. When I walked in the lobby it smelled horribly of body odor. The hotel was run down and in desperate need of updates. The staff was less than helpful. The other guests were rude and screaming at each other and the staff. The usual amenities you get at other hotels (usb ports, etc) were not available. I wish I would have thought of pictures.

Handicap bathroom should have taller toilet. Mom had hard time. We thought would have a shower also to make easier for her. The seat didn’t work
