I had a problem with the shower and they fixed it right away.

The property was clean and easy to get to. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free good coffee in the lobby was a big plus.

There was a lot of noise from a up above, one of the elevators was not working and the worst part was there was no hot water in the shower.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast had different options. lots of parking and elevator access. Clean hotel, rooms and outside. great stay in the area.

The room and bed were very comfortable. I had a room which was an upgrade, but I would have loved a walk in shower, but the bathroom was quite nice. I would have given a top rating, but they are renovating so it was quite noisy in room above me. staff was too nice to make it a terrible distraction. loved the pool for exercise.

I had the pool to myself and I never saw anybody in it but me. loved it daily for an hour of exercise.

fire alarm went off in morning causing need to evacuate. partial credit should have been given for inconvenience

cost of food from little store. it depended on who was at front desk what you were charged for soda, water, microwaveable foods. prices for items should be displayed in store so people know what an item cost instead of being charged whatever front desk person wants to charge

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice/kind. It was close to many restaurants.

The bedroom was really cold. It took us a while before we figured the bedroom had a different Thermostat from the living room area. The ice machine did not have ice but we got some from the front desk. A small dish detergent would have been nice.

Room was not the cleaned dirty table it was obvious the room was not ready for new occupants. They did move us to a different room. The new room was a disappointment Kleenex box was empty shampoo was missing no waste basket in bathroom not enough cups for coffee asked for extra coffee never received clerk at check in did not inform us about week days buffet time change when asked a question clerk couldn’t or wouldn’t answer I would NOT recommend anyone to stay there.
