Convenient to location

It was filthy. King Suite for $245 1 night and the toilet was dirty, things in the fridge and coffee nook was filthy

The receptionist was awesome. The facility was very clean.

I was informed after check in the pool and hot tub were out of order. At breakfast, which was slightly warm, I overheard the employee in the dining area say, "I am not going to put additional food out". This was at 730. Very poor attitude.

Location. Went to high school class reunion in Johnston City. Plus saw lots of family and friends in Herrin.

Price is way too high for So. IL Stayed in your Marriott in Orange County, CA for much less! Plus, your indoor pool is still not open!

beds hard, room was very small, requested be by pool only to find out pool and hot tub were under repair, also did not know I was booking thru a third party also the thermostat was uncontrollable had to set on low 60 or lower to not burn up, chair in room nasty stains on it

Breakfast times should be extended. Pool closure should be posted on website.

our suite was very clean and very nicely decorated and space organized well. breakfast was good.

the mattress on the pull out couch bed was rather disgusting with stains and springs and some holes on the bottom. we were unable to change anything out as all else was taken. the staff person did what she could and we received a discount on the room. we were disappointed the pool area was closed for repairs.

The weekend breakfast buffet was good . The lady working was a sweetheart and really took pride in her work

Room smelled very strong of fake evergreen . Quite unpleasant. There was mo water in the pool or hot tub
