There's nothing I didn't like everything was great

Did not eat breakfast. Location was great.

Cleanliness of the facility is terrible. No room cleaning occurred at all during stay. Guest had to get towels and bathroom sink was backed up. Shockingly poor state of cleanliness and maintenance for a supposed international hotel chain.

Loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A little pricy a d the room had a strange smell, like almonds or something. Also had to go to front desk for linens for sofa bed.

Check in was easy and friendly thanks to Sophia. We were in town to visit family and it was central and easy to get around Corona bonus it’s pet friendly!

Better quality shampoo would be nice

Television channels didn’t match what was on. The free movie channels didn’t work.

I've stayed there before and I did enjoy it the last time but this time was extremely irritating and frustrating and she laughed as if it where funny.

I called to make sure they would accept cash, I was told they do accept cash but I would have to put a two hundred and fifty dollar deposit which was fine and I made a reservation drove all the way down there with my one month old son and when I get there the staff had did a shift change and so the lady I spoke to wasn't there anymore and the new staff member laughed and said no we don't accept cash sorry... I told her that I had talked to someone just a little bit earlier and she said yes I even showed her my phone too prove I called the right number she said sorry it must have been someone new who didn't know what they where talking about. Why would there be someone there answering the phone who didn't know what they where talking about? That job should be given to someone who has the right information so that there's no confusion and no nobody's time wasted or in my case have a cranky upset hungry one month old and no where to feed him?
