Employees! So friendly and professional and knowledgeable — we especially enjoyed Allen at the front desk who answered questions before we asked and Doreen who makes the all-time best scrambled eggs ever.

We stopped in Waco for the night on our way to Padre Island. The hotel met our expectations. The pool seemed a little small, so we did not use it. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. We left a stuffed animal behind and the hotel offers a shipping service to return items left behind (though it's a bit overpriced).

The area around the window seemed like it had maybe leaked before and the ceiling looked like it had been damaged and patched back. Nothing major, but it indicated a need for a bit of a remodel.

Staff were all very friendly

It was pretty dated decor but the room was clean. Whoever stayed in our room before, set the alarm for 12:30 am and we had gone to bed early because we had to get up very early, so this was annoying. Then there were loud neighbors keeping us up - they were just talking but still could be heard. It was cold in the room and we didn’t see any extra blankets, but we were able to change the thermostat. Just didn’t sleep well there, which kind of stinks at $150 a night. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Location was convenient to Extraco Event Center, which was our main goal.

our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in till midnight. the night man at the desk was soooo welcoming !!! he couldn’t have been any nicer to us. made sure we had a room on first floor for my uncle who has cancer. brought us waters and a map for the next day. he went above and beyond!!!

Am a Marriott rewards member, but had never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before, was pleasantly surprised. Front Desk clerk was very hospitable. Room was exceptionably clean and well appointed. Beds/pillows were just right. Tried breakfast before checking out, good choices.

Location maybe...not familiar with Waco, visiting my Niece who was there for school, so would have picked a different location if i had been there for my visit.

We had to move rooms due to a bathroom light that burnt out. No maintenance was on site.
