great location decent breakfast

credit card machine was not working, was not able to split the rooms the way I wanted (very minor and not the staff fault)

The property was clean and taken care of properly. The location worked very nicely for us since we wanted to walk along the river.

Breakfast wasn’t restocked so there was a very limited choice when we went down at 8:30.

The breakfast was decent. The matress was comfortable. The room temperature was pleasant.

Bathroom floor was sticky. Shower was too narrow and door didn't shut properly letting water out onto the floor. Drink selection too limited, no bottled water. Only one wash cloth, two hand towels, two bath towels. Why? Desk manager was chain smoker and spent most of her time outside the front door. No one was available at the desk, but she could reliably be found just outside smoking. Top sheet and coverlet were too short for the bed. When you got in and pulled up the covers, there was not enough cover to reach past your waist. I'm only 5'3". To be able to cover my shoulders I had to scoot way down until my feet were at the very end of the bed. That was ridiculous!

The location was the only good thing about my stay. Staff was friendly, but didn't try to make the stay better.

The hotel was not clean, which caused us to feel very uncomfortable. I think the hotel needs to be shut down, so they can perform a thorough cleaning in all areas from the lobby and laundry room area to the rooms where guest stay. Our room had dead/live roaches, hair in the sink and shower, coffee stains in sink as if someone poured coffee down drain and it was never wiped down. The hotel had a bad smell the entire 6 days. There was a clump of candy on the window sill in the hallway by laundry room that had a ton of bugs crawling all over it and this was like this our entire stay. The laundry room was filthy the entire time as well. I have never ever stayed at a Marriott in such poor conditions. This entire stay was very disappointing.

It’s really clean and people were really nice helping there as well I really appreciated my stay there room service was excellent and also the hotel lobby looked amazing very clean.

Only one EV charger on property. A non EV vehicle parked in that space making it unusable. There was no signage saying space for EV car only. Furniture in lobby badly worn. Breakfast very disorganized and poorly stocked. Orange juice machine broken and door hanging open.
