The rooms were clean
I called a week before the booking to add my fiancé on the room and was told then that the amenities charge would be $20 a night per room. When we went for check in and I put my card in to pay for the amenities I was then told it would be $250 per room that they updated their policy the Monday after I had called. Thankfully we had the financial ability todo so, but when I had said I called the receptionist gave nothing but attitude and said that this was always their policy but then said the policy was new as of 10/21/24. I’m not entirely sure what the policy is but that was bull shit.

I like everything about Residence Inn. It was booking that screwed everything up!
Booking did not pay for the room. They said booking.com card was declined an I had no room reserved for me when I got there!😡

The hotel's location was perfect for the weekend wedding event we attended. The staff was professional at every customer engagement point throughout our stay. The breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and readily available, and the friendly staff kept the food looking inviting. Our bed was comfortable, and the room was decorated nicely and neat. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.
We loved our time there and appreciated a room that was at a quiet distance from the elevators. Everything was in order and done with excellence.

Love the lemon water. Christian treats all guests with respect and compassion. The staff was amazing except for one person who was willing to charge me twice for my daughter's leapord gecko with out even checking if it was taken care of.
On the day of check out felt a little rushed because of the check out time and I was told that I was given more time and later was told that I had to be charged a late fee.

I loved the room and staff. Everything was great. The people working there were amazing.
The bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit more. There were dirty, dust and peoples hair left in the shower.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is always good. I stay at this hotel every time i visit family nearby and I feel it is the best option in the area.

Changing out your towels and make your bed other hoteles make up your bed changing or bed made trash pic up. Towels ypu have to bring your towels to front desk.i been here going 2 to 3 weeks and no lines change.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.
Our air conditioner sounded like a spaceship trying to take off the first night. It was fixed later the next day just before the maintenance man’s break around 6PM even though it it was brought to their attention around 11:30AM. There were also left over bath items in the bathroom from the previous occupants. Also having to pay $12.00 for parking when it’s not in a city and has a private parking lot is absurd.

The room was very dirty, stains on the couches, black layered dust on walls, door, and ceiling. The ceiling had a bulging leak. Floor wasn’t clean in kitchen. Whole room remakes of smoke. Microwave and heater use made smell worse.

I love the 2 bedroom suite. The location was great, close to the mall, a walmart, restaurants.
There was a giant pothole in the middle of the parking lot. Could use brighter lighting.

We like the bed and the kitchen area.
We did not like the cigarette smoke odor coming out of the vents possibly the carpet. The alcohol stained carpet, small toliet, the pullout couch did not work, no extra pillows, when requested. The bed was a "Queen" but I have slept in a bigger Queen mattress than that one. It took awhile to get hot water.
This is a great place to party, it will be convenient for that.

Assistance from maintenance worker Bob
Upon check in room AC was not working properly. Front desk manager was not helpful and not pleasant. Would not move us to another room until Bob stepped in. This all happened 15 minutes into getting to the room. Without the help of Bob this would have a complete disaster.
