The staff at the breakfast bar was very nice
Shower water was cold in the evening and morning . The hairdryer did not work and the hotel looked run down.
When mentioned to the front desk ( a dirty looking young man with piercings ) he gave me a blank stare and did not know what to do with the information given . I was very friendly towards him and just gave him the infos so he can fix the room for the next guest . This person should not work at the front desk or interact with guests at all !!

Everything was great!! Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pool

Exceptionally clean room and very quiet. We were also very pleased with the comfort of the bed.
There needs to be a couple brighter lights, over the sink and one for reading in the bedroom area.

I liked the room, it was spacious, the location was great.
No one told me they were going to be testing the alarms numerous times, they only told me they were testing the smoke detectors in the room. No one said the whole alarm system was being tested, and it scared me each and every time.
