Focused on comfort and customer service. Clean rooms, good breakfast, cold water available in the lobby. I really liked the Dove shampoo, conditioner and soaps in the large size dispensers. I often thought what a waste on all those tiny bottles.

The location was great! The beaches were very nice! The pool was a bit small but it was nice! The breakfast was OK. The room had a great view. Everything was awesome except the shower.
The shower wasn’t working properly. They tried to fix it a few times, but it just wasn’t working.

The price was so high i paid $1100 for 2 nights, and i arrived at 6 pm, so technically, it was les than 2 days, and they didn't get usbcrib for my 1 year old baby. Knowingly, i mentioned 3 days ago that i want that crib.

This is probably our fault for booking with booking.com but we got a handicap room and the shower head was leaky and had no good settings for water pressure. I hope they fix it for an individual that needs it to work.

Breakfast was wonderful! Hot and fresh always. I loved that every room is actually in the beach. It’s a nice quiet part of that area which is what I desperately needed! But it was also close enough to all of the local attractions.
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like! I absolutely loved my stay. I’m looking forward to going back again next year!
