drift restaurant short on staff, slow service. no munchies served with drinks which is stingy and stupid. to split a course cost $12.50, also stingy and stupid. 15 mb wifi free each day is a stingy and stupid. wifi if free all over the world every hotel/lodge. resort fee is an insult. bikes not free so nobody uses them; you rent them. no chairs or beach service included in your "resort" in spite of your "resort fee". somebody in upper management wants to make lots of money but will never do so with the attitude of "bill the customer". parking was good and valet service not required. showers not great. bath tub shower a hazard with no handle to grab on to getting in and out. check in staff were like robots, trained how to act and how not to act.

The staff were genuinely polite and helpful. Restaurant options were good and relatively well priced. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool area was perfect for a family with kids.

We were travelling with our 3 young children. A bonus point would have been if there was a babysitter option so that we could have enjoyed a romantic evening at the restaurant. Otherwise everything was perfect.

There are 2 parts to the hotel. Out family was in one section and we were in the other “older” section. Had to go to lobby to get to them. A little pricey.

Request a room away from the street on south side of property. The noise from partiers leaving the local establishments during the early hours of the weekend makes it nearly impossible to sleep.

This was only a one night stay but it was well worth it. Staff and facilities were excellent and we had a very nice dinner at the on-sight restaurant Drift. Excellent location to watch the sun come up in the AM.

Hotel was nice and clean

I booked a room with a partial ocean view. I was given a room with a view of construction. I had to sit on the balcony to see the ocean and there was construction right outside of the balcony so if I sat out there I would’ve had construction workers staring at me. They moved me to another room the 2nd day that was harder to see the ocean but away from construction. The gave me a $118 credit but I don’t think that matches the price of what a room without an ocean view would be. Smoothies at the smoothie bar were 90% Ice with prepackaged ingredients- not very good
