Breakfast area staff did not provide good service. Trash bin was full at 6am and not emptied from previous night. Coffee and hot water were cold. Staff did not make fresh coffee in the morning. They only emptied trash and made fresh coffee when customers complained about the issues.

choose to stay at Fairfield Inn vs Hampton Inn for the hot breakfast and indoor heated pool. The quality of the breakfast was extremely poor and the thermostat on the pool wasn’t working.

The air conditioner didn't work we wasn't told that breakfast was being served when we requested it. I had my mom and daughter and granddaughter with me. Breakfast was something they were looking towards the next day

The facility was outdated in comparison to the what was charged for the room. What is advertised and what you receive are misleading. 100% False! The reason why I am dissapointed and taking the the time to post this negative comment is because of the following: (1) The pillows had a horrible smell to them. The odor on ALL the pillows smelled like old cologne and "oily head". The front desk manager personally deliverd replacement pillows within 10 minutes. Unfortunatley, the replacement pillows smelled the same. What I figurd out was, they are using 100% down pillows that are un-protected, not sealed in a bag. So, eventhough the pillow sheets are changed the smells and any other debris, meaning oils the body leaves from the previous guests are not being removed from the pillow themselves. This is a disaster! The second issue is, the lighting is poor in the room, so when you step out into the room after using the restroom. Their may be a good chance you will hit your leg/chin and land on the ground with aggrevating pain after heating the protruding foorboard that is un-protected and located, surprisingly to far out where you do not expect it to be as your travel in between the dresser and the bed. I paid almost $400 for a room wth pillows that were soiled with head oil and fragrances from the previous guests that literealy kept me up because I did not sleep with pillows that night. The foot board that helps you knock your chin twice while your in the room is not a bonus. When you walk in and see the need for upgrading the accomadations vs. what you paid. Its hard to locate to another hotel such as my case, when you arrive closet 1:00 am and are tired from a long day working in the construction field. I will ask for a full a reimburesement and hope management reads and makes the necessary changes that will prevent future imposement on their prospective hosts.
