Nice kept up good location

Paying to park for handicapped beds was very uncomfortable no trash bags n rooms need better breakfast and to find out they want put out favor creamers out in the morning but they do after breakfast we love to have them for breakfast also I can go on but I think it sums it up

The breakfast was great. A lot of variety. We had the King Suite. I loved the design of the room. It was cozy and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. My husband and I really want some pillows like those. I enjoyed the body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. It was good shampoo and conditioner to boot. Very impressed with the upscale of luxury. I will definitely be coming back.

There was not one single thing I did not like. This hotel was awesome.

The location was so convenient to the beach. It was a very short walk and there were beach rentals available at the beach access. The staff was excellent. Jenn was great with giving us restaurant ideas and places to go. She also exceeded in customer service by taking pictures for us but most importantly providing a fan for our room. I would definitely recommend!!

Book.com had our name completely wrong on our reservation plus charged us for parking when we parked in public parking not on their property at all.

I liked some of the cleaning and cooking staff. They were very nice, did a great job, and made me feel welcomed at the facility

I did not like the fact that some of the staff (front desk/security) were not welcoming. I did not like the fact that some of the front desk staff lied about not having a laundry facility for guests. I found out on 7/20 that a facility was on the 2nd floor. I was told I could my clothes to the cleaners. Also, not did not share the availability of transportation options through the hotel. Some staff (front desk) enthusiasm for customer service...they were "just there". I noticed as well, that certain customers received more attention than others. Didn't quote correct price for parking? I was told $15 and reservation said $12.

The only thing to like was the walking distance to the beach

The property is outdated. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. We found old chip bag with chips, charger, lighter, and stains on bed. We have little ones who were too excited to sleep and we were told to keep the noise down but someone above us had little ones who ran all night. This stay had us uncomfortable and ready to leave.

Zack the front desk employee charged both of my credit cards, which caused my stay to be unpleasant. I had no money to enjoy myself because, he charged both of my cards and only supposed to charge one card. Then he stated it’s nothing he can do to get my money back. I would have to wait until 3-5 business days to have money back on one of my cards. This was so disturbing!!! I travel to Jacksonville Florida all the time and stayed At several hotels and this never happened before. This was my first time staying at the hotel and I will never stay again due to staff. Zach also, took it upon himself to authorize my credit card a second time. I did get the manager information and will be reaching out to them.
