Location and the pool

Our room smelled terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows needed to be replaced. The carpet was old and I had a nail go onto my foot.

Staff seemed nice and got us what we needed when we ran out.

The place is a dump. Trim on the walls falling off. The desk in 203 is busted and help together by a few screws and a board. There is an odor in almost every room. (we stayed with a large group) and they all said the same thing. They opened the windows to clear out the smell. The carpet is disgusting and smells.

Close to campus and stores. Very clean and friendly. Nice updated room.

There was long brown hair all over the sheets and bathroom floor. I had to change the sheets on two beds myself at 1am. Then, they charged me an early departure fee for cancelling the second night. I'm flabbergasted. I even called the next day about the charge and they didn't remove it. Never had a more disgusting stay at a hotel in my entire life. Will tell everyone not to stay there.

We like breakfast, the comfortable beds, quiet location and plenty of hot water.

My room could have been a little cleaner, and a bigger bathroom would be nice.

The breakfast was great! They had yummy waffles and eggs with cheese. The yogurt was good! Orange juice was tasty.

extremely uncomfortable bed with divet in middle possibly caused by worn springs and could feel all bed movement like a trampoline from barely moving around, poor breakfast selection, asked staff for non-chain local dinner recommendations and was engaged in an unnecessary conversation that she can’t afford to eat out because she’s in college so couldn’t possibly know where locals might eat
