Great value! King suite with bathtub was great for baby to sleep in her pack n play, room was very clean and quiet, pool was warm and free breakfast was delicious. Better than the 4 star hotels we stayed at during this trip.
Front desk lady was not very friendly and insisted for my ID at checkin, even though I told her I could show her later and just wanted to put my baby to sleep

The friendly staff!
The room had hidden room fresheners in it which gave me migraine. Could not sleep through the night because every time I woke up all I could smell was the room air freshener. We thought it was coming from the air conditioning unit every time it turned on but as we were leaving the next morning, we actually found them.

overcharged me 300$. I called and told them the issues they said they would call back and never did. I rejected the charge on my credit card and they agreed. Thank god for Credit cards.

It was way too hot and humid in hallways and the entire hotel. like if maybe they didn’t have the air on. only our room was cool enough because we left the air on cold.

Pricing I thought was extremely high. over $850 for three nights is ridiculous. When I asked if the pricing was correct they said" If you don't like it get out"! Wow nice way to be greeted upon arrival. Will never be back based on that Otherwise clean place.

The bath room and shower was not clean.....I booked online through booking when I got there the front desk re booked me not looking for my reservation when I told her she tried to over talk me when I was trying to explain ....she seen her error and fixed my issue but being in business myself you always listen to your clients.

We stayed here while we were in Fort Myers for a concert at the Ranch . This was a great location it was very close to the venue and their were several good restaurants nearby .

Great view, clean, comfy, staff let us know if there was anything that we needed to let them know, had beverages and snacks available for purchase, stocked toiletries, coffee and tea supplies, decent breakfast
